Bridget Biggar, Chairman and CEO

Bridget is the founder of Management Intelligence and Life Orientations UK. She has a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and is an International Master Trainer for the Life Orientations® Method.

She has lectured at Warwick University Manufacturing Group and continues to lecture in USA, Japan, the Middle East, Australia, throughout Europe and in the UK. Her work now focuses on whole organisation engagement and developing inspiring leaders.

A leading thinker on employee engagement she is also one of the world’s foremost experts on the Lifo® Method.

Bridget has been instrumental in the growth of a number of SMEs as well as coaching and mentoring senior staff in many FTSE 100 and multi-national corporations.

In September 2010, Bridget was appointed Director of Talent at All About Brands plc (AAB) thus joining the Board as an Executive Director.

Neville Webb

Neville is a professionally qualified, highly experienced management & training consultant specialising in: change management, project management, organisational development and human equity development interventions.

Neville set up Webb Associates in 1990 as a partnership providing deep, long-term consultancy services to a choice selection of blue chip companies. Since then he has run a wide range of interventions for a diverse client base worldwide and is most proud of the ground-breaking Work-Based Learning Programme he co-pioneered, designed and delivered as an internal Masters Degree for Bovis Construction accredited by Middlesex University (awarded a Queen's Anniversary Prize for Higher and Further Education).

As a management and training consultant with a background in construction management, Neville has developed an approach to learning which is both practical and dynamic. This, coupled with the skills and experience gained in using the outdoors as an effective training environment for managers, means that Neville brings a unique perspective to all learning and facilitated events.

With a BSc in Building Construction & Management, Neville is also a Lifo® Master Trainer and Accredited PinPoint facilitator.

Vanessa King

Vanessa King is an experienced leadership and organisation development consultant, working at Towers Perrin for eight years and independently for six. Her consulting experience spans a wide range of organisations in both the private and public sectors, across the UK, Europe, Asia and the US.

Prior to consulting Vanessa qualified as a chartered accountant at Arthur Andersen. She then worked with Coopers and Lybrand as a business analyst which sparked her interest in the impact of people on organisation culture and performance. This led her to move into human resources, where she held positions at Morgan Stanley and Bankers Trust. In addition to her ACA, Vanessa has a Masters degree in Applied Positive Psychology at the University of Pennsylvania and a BSc Hons in Psychology and Zoology. Vanessa is known for working in an integrated way with her clients and for her creative and practical approaches to their issues.

Roger Hayes

Roger is an experienced communications and change management practitioner. Originally from a learning and development background, Roger now uses a wide variety of communications techniques to help ensure the successful implementation of change and organisational development through people. Roger helps organisations visualise their values and create strategies to inspire their people. His 30 years of experience in the UK and across Europe and the Middle East has led him to play a major role in a number of transformational projects for a variety of international clients. Roger has been responsible for the development of many senior teams and is a top-level facilitator. He combines clarity and originality of thought with practical, down-to-earth implementation that makes a difference.

Ninh Tran

Ninh is an experienced professional with an outstanding ability to lead change and influence business direction in fast-paced, highly complex organizational environments. He has a diverse professional background in the Publishing, Financial, Marketing and Sales, and Distribution industry. Ninh has a proven ability to achieve business goals through his expertise in operations management, engagement management, process improvement, people development, and strategic planning.

Ninh earned his BA from Boston University’s School of Management with a concentration in Finance. In addition, he has two Masters degrees from the University of Pennsylvania – Master of Science in Organizational Dynamics, with a concentration in Leadership Development and Coaching, and a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology. Ninh is a certified Lifo® trainer and has conducted workshops for multi-national companies in the U.S and Europe. He heads up Management Intelligence in the US and project manages all international assignments, helping organizations flourish through strengths-based methodologies and solutions.
